In January 2023, the GETS began operating 24 hours per day. GETS will soon be moving from the start-up phase, during which the system was evaluated, into the short-term monitoring phase, during which the data collected will be used to track performance toward meeting the remedial goals. Tyco will also continue to use information collected to make adjustments to maximize system performance. Tyco is working with the WDNR under an approved monitoring plan to track GETS progress, while also continuing testing and reporting in accordance with our WPDES discharge permit. The system has successfully treated all water to date per the chart below.
We will continue to update the GETS dashboard with data on a monthly basis. Note that there is a one-month lag in the data due to turnaround times at the lab.
