After two public meetings, one in early December 2017 and a second one in late January 2018, we circulated a survey to residents in the area to ask what the preferred method would be to receive communications and updates from the company. That survey is still on our website. We received responses from 108 households. The respondents overwhelmingly asked to receive updates either through the U.S. Postal Service (50%) or by email (36%). Only 6% of respondents asked for regular public meetings, and roughly the same amount said they would go to our website or call 715-582-7100 to get information they were seeking. We are mindful of everyone’s time and are focused on delivering information as efficiently as possible.
