On September 1st, Tyco reported to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) a break in a pipe that carries water from the Menominee River into our Stanton Street Facility. We immediately stopped the limited flow of water from the break. None of the river water made its way outside the facility or back into the Menominee River. We are currently in the process of cleaning up the water and expect it to be fully resolved by tomorrow. As a committed member of the Marinette community and an environmental leader, we promptly reported this matter to the WDNR and will quickly clean it up.
