In January and February, Tyco provided to the DNR its most recent preliminary testing data from Tyco’s Stanton Street facility, which identified PFAS at certain locations surrounding the barrier wall on our property. We continue to evaluate the data, but our initial analysis is that there is little, if any, impact on the Menominee river. In addition, drinking water in this area is provided by the City of Marinette municipal water system, and so these testing results do not implicate any impact on drinking water supplies in the area. We are actively investigating these testing results and are working with DNR to identify the source of these PFAS detections. As we have done throughout the process, we will determine next steps based on the data when it is available.
