Stanton Street Update

In January and February, Tyco provided to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) preliminary testing data from Tyco’s Stanton Street facility, which identified PFAS at certain locations surrounding the barrier wall on our property. We continue to evaluate the data, but our initial analysis is that there is little, if any, impact on the Menominee River. In addition, drinking water in this area is provided by the City of Marinette municipal water system, and so these testing results do not implicate any impact on drinking water supplies in the area.

Update: Following on this action, on May 1, we provided the WDNR a comprehensive work plan for us to develop a more complete understanding of groundwater flow and the presence of PFAS.
